PAUL SHERWOOD – FOOD PHOTOGRAPHY
Paul Sherwood has wide and varied experience of food photography for magazines, restaurants and hotels. In 2008 he was commissioned by BIM (Bord Iscaigh Mhara) to photograph their cookery book, "From Tide to Table".
Lighting and mood are very important in producing appealing food photographs. Paul has many years experience in food photography and has worked with some of the leading food stylists, and Ireland's top chefs, including Derry Clarke and Kevin Thornton.
